TRACE Body Rejuvenation is the purest expression of what I do. There was nothing when I arrived. No brand. No systems. No audience. No operations. No HR. No financial reporting. No marketing infrastructure. Just a concept and a vision.


Over four years as Co-Founder and CEO, I built every piece of it — the brand identity, the organic content machine that grew to 900,000 followers without a dollar of paid media, the clinic operations, the HR infrastructure, the financial reporting systems, and the multi-channel marketing strategy that drove real revenue growth.


I transitioned to Strategic Advisor in 2024, which is the best proof of all: the machine I built runs without me.

THE CHALLENGE

Most companies separate brand from operations. At TRACE, they had to be built simultaneously. The brand needed to attract customers. The operations needed to be able to serve them. Getting one right without the other would have broken the business.

Instead of paying for reach, we built it. I designed an organic content strategy across multiple platforms that established TRACE as an authority in the body rejuvenation space — and let the audience growth fund the company's expansion rather than the other way around.
