Three builds documented in full — what was actually there when I arrived, what got built, and what is still running today. The specifics differ every time. What carries over is how the reading gets done.
The concept was proven in one room in Austin. The systems, team, tech stack, sponsorship model and expansion playbook that would let it work in seventeen cities at once did not exist yet. I built them, then expanded.
A mental health organization losing footing on three fronts at once — finances, leadership and clinical governance. I came in as COO and got it standing again, without ever pausing the care being delivered.
No brand, no audience, no operations, no HR, no reporting. Over four years I built all of it — including an organic audience of 700,000 with no paid media — then handed it over and moved to advisor.
